About Guidance Hub by JYN
Guidance Hub by JYN supports teens, young adults, and families with practical guidance, emotional support, and access to professional mental health care.
We serve youth and young adults ages 16–29, as well as parents who are looking for guidance in better understanding, communicating with, or supporting their teen.
Our team includes registered mental health professionals who provide psychotherapy, along with academic guidance, career direction, personal support, spiritual guidance, and life skills coaching.
How to Access Services
Self-referrals are welcome through our Contact Us page. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you within 24–48 hours.
We begin with an intake assessment to better understand your needs and goals. From there, we connect you with the appropriate professional, which may include a registered social worker, psychotherapist, or life skills coach.
Our clinicians use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
